Description

The Wild Country Friend is the latest generation of the iconic double-axle cam trusted by trad climbers around the world. Its hollow double-axle design delivers an exceptionally wide expansion range with less weight, while milled, untreated aluminum cam lobes maximize holding power and resist walking. The innovative Flow Cord combines a thumb loop with a seamlessly extendable sling, allowing quick extension to reduce rope drag without adding an extra quickdraw. Built with a durable UHMWPE core, abrasion-resistant sheath, and a wear indicator for added safety, the Friend is designed for years of dependable use on everything from single-pitch crags to long alpine routes.
