Description

The Black Diamond Infinity Cord represents a new approach to cordelette design. Instead of relying on sewn bar tacks, it uses a continuously wound Dyneema filament core to create a seamless loop that is exceptionally lightweight, compact, and strong. The Dynex/nylon sheath enhances abrasion resistance while maintaining excellent handling, and the cord's unique construction helps knots remain easier to untie after being loaded compared to traditional Dyneema slings. Available in 120 cm, 180 cm, and 240 cm lengths, the Infinity Cord is ideal for anchor building, extending protection, and other climbing applications where a lightweight, low-profile cord is preferred. Because its strength comes from its continuous construction, it should never be cut or re-tied.
