Description

A heavy-duty sleeve anchor commonly used for installing permanent climbing anchors in rock. Tightening the bolt draws a tapered cone into an expansion sleeve, forcing it outward against the walls of the drilled hole to create a strong, secure hold. This design provides powerful expansion and works especially well in softer rock types where maximum surface contact is needed. The stainless steel construction offers good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor climbing environments. Once installed, the bolt remains vibration-resistant, and the internal bolt can be removed and replaced while the sleeve stays in the hole.
