Description

The Petzl Volta 9.2 mm is an ultra-lightweight, multi-type rope for performance climbing and mountaineering. Its diameter-to-weight ratio is designed to keep the rope compact in a rope bag. Duratec Dry treatment makes it more resistant to water, dirt, and abrasion, helping preserve handling and grip in cold or wet conditions. The treatment is stated to be free from intentionally added PFAS. EverFlex treatment supports consistent handling, and ClimbReady Coil helps reduce initial uncoiling mistakes. A middle mark helps manage rope length, while UltraSonic Finish bonds the core and sheath at the ends to improve durability.
